Real time bus arrivals have arrived on the B61 bus.

The MTA has expanded Bus Time to the B61 route in Brooklyn.  The B61 is a vital route for the residents of  Red Hook and traverses the neighborhoods of  Cobble Hill, Carroll Gardens, Gowanus and South Slope between Prospect Park and Downtown Brooklyn. The service went live on July 1, 2012.

Head over to MTA Bus Time and search for “B61″ to see the buses travel in real time.

Tips:

+ Anyone with a cell phone can access MTA Bus Time. Just text the street names of your intersection or bus stop code found on the bus stop info panel to 511-123
